Each stairway, post and railing system, mantel, or other log product is one of a kind and completely hand crafted from first draft to finished product.

To ensure quality, Logstairways only uses raw materials that have been both kiln dried and air dried. As with all natural wood products, there may be checking on the full log surfaces. These heart-box splits do not effect the integrity of the product.

Refund policy

Returns

Customers must receive prior authorization from Logstairways before returning any merchandise. Returned goods must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number. All returned items must be in unopened, new and sellable condition. There is a 20% restocking charge on returned merchandise after *30 days. Returns must be requested within *30 days and must be delivered and received at Logstairways within *60 days (returns will not be accepted after *60 days).

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
